Service terms for our junk car buying and towing services
By accessing our website or using the junk car buying and towing services of ALLSTAR CASH FOR CARS LTD, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers in Calgary, Alberta, and surrounding areas.
ALLSTAR CASH FOR CARS LTD provides the following services:
Cash offers range from $300 to $10,000 CAD depending on the vehicle's make, model, year, condition, and current market value.
To complete a sale, the following conditions must be met:
Payment is made in cash at the time of vehicle pickup. The agreed-upon offer is guaranteed provided the vehicle matches the description given during the quote process. We do not issue checks or electronic transfers for junk car purchases.
Towing is provided free of charge for all vehicles we purchase. Free towing applies to standard vehicle pickup locations within Calgary and surrounding communities. Locations requiring specialized extraction (e.g., underground parking with low clearance, off-road locations) may require special arrangements.
ALLSTAR CASH FOR CARS LTD is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability in any circumstance is limited to the cash amount paid for the vehicle. We are a licensed and insured Alberta business operating in full compliance with provincial regulations.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
